Dear Pirates,
as you may have heard, the Young Pirates are hosting the conference
Young European Election Ambassadors (YEEA) alongside the PPEU founding.
http://yeea2014.eu/
It will take place inside the European Parliament on Friday and at BYRRH
on Saturday to Monday:
BYRRH, Rue Dieudonné Lefèvre 4, Brussels
The YEEA programme is now online:
http://yeea2014.eu/2014/03/05/programme/
We are collecting a participation fee of 15 € that will include food &
drink at BYRRH. Please bring the 15 € to BYRRH in cash, a registration
form will go up on the website shortly.
PLEASE NOTE: We have made one workshop room available to Pirates that
want to meet and work on projects! It holds about 20-25 people. The room
can be booked any time on Saturday and Sunday for timespans of up to 3
hours by sending an e-mail to ***@young-pirates.eu - it's first
come first serve, I will try to make the room available to you for the
time you have suggested. So far, I have only one booking, the
international Pirate education working group is going to meet at BYRRH
on Saturday between 12:00 and 14:00. I will add the Pirate meetings in
the workshop room to the timetable over the course of this week.
There are also barcamp slots on Sunday, if you want to suggest a topic
for the barcamp, please join the barcamp presentation on Saturday
morning at 10:30!
I look forward to seeing you in Brussels! Please forward this e-mail to
relevant mailing lists.
