For example, who can help with bank accounts now?

Junge Piraten can generally help with stuff like that, as long as the
project is within the limits of our statutes (Because otherwise we'd
loose our tax-exempt status).

Why are you asking? If you just need the bank account for some SEPA
transaction, maybe someone else could help out.
